Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent work experience in customer service, logistics, or related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, emails and applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, willingness to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
Job Descriptions
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, documentation requirements, and other related queries.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as operations, sales, and finance to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Handle customer concerns promptly, investigating issues and proposing solutions to achieve resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and smooth operations
• Provide administrative support as needed
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
