Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated
  • At least 3-5 Years working experience in logistics field or freight forwarding
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc..)
  • English in 4 skills
  • Internet, Email, System & Software of Shipping Knowledge
  • Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills, Communication skills and Customer service

Job Descriptions

  • Booking submission to respect line and bill of lading documents
  • Follow up to ensure issuance of import, export documentation and payment invoice
  • Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Manage / improve day to day process interaction with customers by leveraging detailed customer knowledge
  • To perform all of duties assigned by manager
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory
  • Handel import and export documentation process.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry will be provided
