Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and showing genuine interest in meeting their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, viber, social media) in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Assist with order placements, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers’ problems or concerns, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring that each issue is addressed efficiently and escalated when necessary.
- Resolve conflicts or misunderstandings while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Document customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to higher management, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Follow up with customers after the resolution of issues or transactions to ensure satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Advise customers on product features, benefits, and usage, guiding them in making the best purchasing decisions.
- Stay informed about product updates, price changes, and promotions to relay accurate information to customers.
- Promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer and align with their needs, assisting in increasing sales.
- Assist in meeting sales targets by helping customers make purchases and suggesting relevant items based on their preferences.
- Collect customer feedback through surveys, direct conversations, or feedback forms to identify areas for improvement in the customer service experience to increase customer’s satisfaction.
- Provide insights to management regarding recurring issues or opportunities for product or service enhancement.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday& Public Holidays
