- Basic computer skills and English
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Descriptions
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services,
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain records of customer’s inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
