Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Myanmar Burmese both in speaking and written
• High school diploma or equivalent above
• Customer service experience with phone calls
• Proficient in operating MS Office, such as word, Excel, PPT
• Flexible schedule
• Willing to learn and improve

Job Descriptions

• Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
• Answer questions or handle complaints from customers
• Field phone calls, emails, and chat requests
• Provide information to customers about order status and product queries
• Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Communicate information released by the company to partners in a timely manner
• Maintain good relationships with company clients
• Cooperate with the organization of various conference activities of the company

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Tuesday to Friday)
10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Saturday to Sunday)
Holidays: Monday & Public Holidays
