Job Descriptions

  • Be aware of product knowledge and standard operation procedures
  • Provide guests the most accurate and up to date information at all times
  • Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Responsible the daily task as per the shift checklist
  • Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account and file document
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers Proper take over and handover with complete information
  • Show punctuality
  • Demonstrates detailed job knowledge

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1- or 2-years’ experience in relevant area
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer oriented and work with passion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient English and additional language skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

 

Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: One Day Per Week, Public Holidays
