Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service within the logistics industry
- Business English
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Respond actively to customer inquiries
- Computer & Digital Literacy
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
Job Descriptions
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers, and resolving customer issues that arise
- Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle inbound/outbound calls to customers regarding all activities
- Stay up-to-date on product and service information, as well as relevant industry developments Handling service requests via various communication channels
- Record all conversations with customers with details of inquiries or complaints and action steps that were taken and perform reporting/analyzing and creating for required process
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
