Job Requirements
- Any graduate or 10th Standard Passed.
- Must have 2 years’ experience in a related field.
- Chat and call potential or existing customers to advise and care about a customer’s needed product.
- Confirm orders and do customer service if customer needed.
- Update customer information in our process’s system.
- Control recruitment budget and recruitment sources’ effectiveness.
- Follow up on customer’s order until delivered.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: One Day Per Week.
