Job Requirement

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.

Job Description

  • Provide telephone, online, or Chatbot inquiries and reply services to customers.
  • Place customer orders via Common Health’s System.
  • Input customer and order information into Common Health’s System.
  • Send the invoice, shipment, and payment information to the customer.
  • Follow up with customers via outbound calls where necessary.
  • Increase customer loyalty by providing a positive experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, advice, and suggestions via email, phone, or social media.
  • Help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
  • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the management.
  • Must Work from Home One Week per month.

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM – 4:00PM (Day Shift) (at the office)

3:00PM to 11:00PM (Night Shift) (Work From Home)

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
