- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
Job Description
- Provide telephone, online, or Chatbot inquiries and reply services to customers.
- Place customer orders via Common Health’s System.
- Input customer and order information into Common Health’s System.
- Send the invoice, shipment, and payment information to the customer.
- Follow up with customers via outbound calls where necessary.
- Increase customer loyalty by providing a positive experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, advice, and suggestions via email, phone, or social media.
- Help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the management.
- Must Work from Home One Week per month.
Working Hours: 8:00AM – 4:00PM (Day Shift) (at the office)
3:00PM to 11:00PM (Night Shift) (Work From Home)
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
