Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering
- Diploma in IT or related field
- Equivalent Practical Experience with the certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge in cPanel, Plesk, web hosting, domains, DNS and SSL certificates.
- Efficient knowledge in Linux server administration, Windows server administration.
- Efficient experience in Apache web server, cPanel server, IIS Web Server and SMTP server or other webmail services.
- Basic knowledge in networking, MySQL Database and FTP.
- Basic knowledge in WordPress and other CMS are preferable.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluent in English.
- Presentation & Public Speaking Skill.
- At least 1 years’ experience in related IT field.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and Facebook Messenger.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web hosting, Cloud, domains, and SSL.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality support.
- Communicate and report daily tasks to the Manager.
- Overseas communication effectively.
- Good patient in customer communication.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Establish the strong communication with the customers and internal teams.
- Technical support to the internal teams as needed.
- Research team needs and requirement, and report to the Manager.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
