Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer science, IT management or Electronics or Mechatronics.
- At least a progressive 5-10 years of experience in managing technical service team, or related filed.
- Strong technical knowledge in network, print management software, windows server environment.
- Experience of team leading and managing to vendors, dealers.
- Good sense of responsibility and attentive to details.
- Able to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and wrriten effective communication in both Burmese and English to interact with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to dignose, resolve in both HW & SW technical issues effectively. Rapport to enduser or Direct manager.
- Customer oriented and service mind-set is a must.
Job Description
- To Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians in the operation and maintenance of Printer, software, systems and spare parts.
- To Provide the rule and maintained the incidents of Pruduct Safety and report FBAP.
- To manage the customers list (old,current,new) and then update and follow up the usage of customer.
- To Manage the customer supporting, including planning, budgeting, and execution, and ensure that you and your team are completed on time, effective and sufficiency.
- To conduct the customer voices/complain and correct action responding. To Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, CE of dealer, and other stakeholders
- To provide the training & troubleshooting of software/system and other related issues of FUJIFILM/3rd party machines/systems and ensure that good customer relation and scarification is maintained.
- To provide the PIS (Post Installation Survey) and handle if there are any customers complained or requested.
- To Provide timely on-site customer support in terms of network printer, software installation, fixed issue, maintain and repairing.
- To Demonstrate Print management solution to New customer and Direct Deploy New and Existing solution to customer.
- Be able to Provide training, Assist Team for indirect market.
- To Maintain internal IT matter and equipment. To Update Edoc (Service Manual) for dealers.
- To maintain SOHO, enterprise level printers, copier product relate with software issue and maintain Print
- Server for Production Printer (GCS).
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
