Job Requirements
• စကားပြောချိုသာပြီး Customer Service ပိုင်းကို စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်း အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer (Myanmar / English) Typing ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ရိုက်တတ်ရမည်။
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint နှင့် Email များအား ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
• Day / Night အဆိုင်းများ (Shift) ဖြင့် ဆင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Customer Service (သို့မဟုတ်) Call Center ပိုင်းတွင် Team Leader ရာထူးဖြင့် အနည်းဆုံး လုပ်သက် (၁) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Training ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Training ကာလအတွင်း Training Allowance (ထောက်ပံ့ကြေး) ပေးပါမည်။
Job Description
• မိမိတာဝန်ယူထားသော Team Member များ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။
• Shift Management (အလှည့်ကျ အားလပ်ရက်/အလုပ်ဆင်းချိန်) များ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
• Weekly / Monthly Performance Report များ ပြုလုပ်တင်ပြရမည်။
• Customer Complaint များအား စနစ်တကျ ဖြေရှင်းပေးရမည်။
• Team Member များ၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် (Performance) ကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးပြီး လိုအပ်သလို စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• မိမိအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော Training များ ပေးရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: 1 Day Per Week
