Job Descriptions
- Oversee daily operations of the data center core systems and ensure availability of all services.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and engineers responsible for hardware, virtualization, and system performance.
- Manage infrastructure components including servers, storage arrays, network switches, and power/cooling systems.
- Ensure system backups, patching, and updates are regularly performed and documented.
- Support deployment and configuration of new servers and services to support the RFID ecosystem.
- Monitor system health and handle incidents, escalating to PMO/CTO when required.
- Coordinate with Network, Application, and Site Facilities teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure needs.
- Maintain asset inventory, technical documentation, and SOPs for DC operations.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, physical security, and environmental controls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, core systems, or infrastructure management.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role in a data center or mission-critical environment.
- Strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup systems, and network connectivity.
- Familiar with data center standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute) and disaster recovery protocols.
- Good understanding of power, cooling, and physical security related to DC operations.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Must be able to travel if necessary.
Working Hours: 9:00AM: 5:00PM
