Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (b.com). CPA or ACCA (Part II/Final) is highly desirable.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior role, preferably in trading or manufacturing.
Proven experience in inventory management, import/export documentation, and trading software.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (advanced formulas).

Job Descriptions

Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including the general ledger, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
Monitor inventory, verify stock accuracy, and manage costing related to raw materials or finished textile goods.
Review sales, discounts, returns, and inventory purchases.
Analyze material usage, production costs (if any manufacturing is involved), and warehouse expenses.
Manage AP/AR aging reports, ensure accurate invoice verification, and process payments to suppliers.
Reconcile bank statements and oversee treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (commercial tax, income tax) and prepare tax returns.
Implement and monitor accounting policies and internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for annual audits.
Supervise, guide, and train junior accounting staff.
Coordinate with departments such as sales, procurement, and warehouse.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
