Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of [5 Years] of experience in financial management, preferably in a group or multinational setting.
  • Proven expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, auditing and tax compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in MS Excel and good experience in accounting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Description

  • Consolidation of Financial Statements: Gathering and consolidating financial data from multiple subsidiaries or business units into comprehensive financial statements.
  • Intercompany Transactions: Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate consolidation.
  • Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough analyses of consolidated financial results, identifying trends, variances and potential areas of concern.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements during the consolidation process.
  • Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of consolidated financial data.
  • Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits of the parent and multiple subsidiaries.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Supporting the budgeting process, including the preparation of forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving the consolidation process and implementing best practices.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical accounting guidance on consolidation issues and complex transactions.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinating with finance teams across different business entities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:45 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
