About the Job

  • The candidate will be responsible for maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the Maize Trading Industry, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager with a specialization in
    Sales and Marketing in Yangon Region Myanmar and responsible for Maize Sales Operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation timely delivery schedules, and cost-effective management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and direct the Maize Sales Operations, as well as the business plans and develop to business operations strategy.
  • Research and develop market opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends for market reports.
  • Maintain relationships with important clients, partners, and stakeholders, understand their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Stay current in the Maize Industry by attending conferences, workshops, and
    maintain personal and professional networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to solve business challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Thai languages, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets
  • Proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM To 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
