Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
Have at least 7 years of experience in Hotel field as Duty Manager.
Take charge of Bell service (Check in/out, Storage, Parcel, and Newspaper), Door service, Valet operation, transportation arrangement
Good in personal skills.
Fluent in English speaking skills.
Make reservation and arrange for Hotels, Restaurants.
Prepare for update event calendar of Hotel, City, within a country
Give further announcements, meetings, and memorandums to employees
Handle all of complaints with proper heed and better.
Give personalize service to all of guest.
Knowledge in Management the entire works.
Ability to train and evaluate under training Staff.
Ability to guide employees, teaching and giving them directions.
Give designated direction, orders and tasks to workers.
Observe the workers on how they perform their tasks.
To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest satisfaction and recording it.
To be fully aware of and to report all guest comments or complaints
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 6:00P.M
Holiday : A day per week
