Requirements

Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, customer engagement strategies, and creative concepts.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role.
Analytical skills for performance assessment and strategy adjustment.
Proficient in SEO, lead generation, and affiliate marketing practices.
Salary is up to 18 Lakhs depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing, direct marketing, and PR.
Collaborate closely with the digital team, brand marketing, design, and media production specialists.
Inspire and manage the marketing team to achieve high performance and develop strategies to increase brand awareness.
Monitor market trends, track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, and provide insights for improvement.
Manage TVC and digital video production, oversee media buying, and conduct market research for brand tracking.
Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets. Control the marketing budget and campaign cost allocation.
Routinely share strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends with the broader team.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
