Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related design/engineering field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Design Coordinator, Design Engineer, or similar role
Experience in building or infrastructure projects is preferred
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM coordination is an advantage
Familiar with design coordination processes and construction documentation
Ability to review drawings and identify clashes or inconsistencies
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple design packages and deadlines
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Capable of working independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Job Descriptions

Coordinate design development activities among architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams
Review and manage design drawings, specifications, and submissions to ensure completeness and consistency
Track design schedules, submissions, revisions, and approvals
Identify design clashes, discrepancies, and coordination issues, and follow up with relevant parties
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local codes, and applicable standards Support design meetings and prepare minutes, action lists, and follow-ups
Coordinate design changes and manage design revisions throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with site teams to address design-related queries and provide clarifications
Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design deliverables

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
