  • BE.Civil/ B.Arch
  • Auto CAD 2D&3D, SketchUp, Lumion ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
  • မိမိကိုယ်ပိုင်စိတ်ကူးများဖြင့်လည်း ရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
  • အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ လိုအပ်လျှင်အချိန်ပိုဆင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
