Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in design, civil, or architecture.
Proven experience as a designer.
Proficiency in 3Ds Max or SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit
Strong knowledge of V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or other rendering engines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
Good understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and materials.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D models, renderings, and animations based on project requirements.
Develop conceptual designs and visual presentations to support project proposals.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, product designers, or marketing teams to ensure accurate visual representation.
Work on layouts, textures, lighting, and material details to achieve realistic outputs.
Revise designs based on client or team feedback.
Prepare and deliver detailed drawings for site execution.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, structural, MEP, architectural, and site teams
Maintain organized project files and adhere to timelines.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
