Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content creation, and basic graphic or video editing(Canva, CapCut).
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle brands is a plus

Job Descriptions

Plan and execute online campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,
YouTube, and Google.
Manage company social media pages and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Coordinate with design/content teams for creative assets and posting schedule.
Monitor and optimize ad performance, budget usage, and ROI.
Manage e-commerce listings, promotions, and online customer feedback.
Support online sales through Facebook Shop, TikTok Shop, and partner e-commerce platforms.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and prepare reports.
Handle influencer marketing and online partnership activities.
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising teams for 360°campaign alignment.
Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activities.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
