Job Descriptions
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) with engaging content (food photos, reels, stories, events).
- Oversee website SEO, updates, and online reservation systems.
- Run targeted online ads (Google, social media) and email campaigns for promotions, seasonal menus, and events.
- Monitor online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor) and respond professionally.
- Analyze digital metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies.
Offline Marketing:
- Plan and execute local promotions, partnerships, and community events.
- Coordinate print materials (flyers, brochures, local magazine ads).
- Manage in-restaurant promotional displays, loyalty programs, and traditional media (radio, local TV) if applicable.
- Organize special events (omakase nights, cultural celebrations) to drive foot traffic.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the restaurant’s brand identity.
- Prepare marketing budgets and track ROI.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for promotional alignment.
- Train staff on promotions and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on food, marketing, and local competitor trends.
Working Hours: 9:00AM-5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public holiday
