Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and video editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of social media ad platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Tik Tok & YouTube).
  • Manage paid ads and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
  • Monitor ad performance and improve ROI.
  • Edit marketing videos for social medias.
  • Create short-form videos for TikTok.
  •  Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, and branding elements.
  • Produce project showcase videos, installation progress, customer testimonials
  •  Manage and grow company social media platforms.
  •  Schedule posts, videos, and campaigns.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
  •  Work with design and sales teams to create marketing content.
  • Ensure consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
  • Support event, tender, and project marketing materials.
  • Generate digital leads and share with sales team.
  • Track lead sources and conversion performance.
  • Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
  • Drone video handling and editing.
  • Motion graphics basics.
  • Experience in B2B or technical industries (solar, construction, telecom).
  • Quality and quantity of video content produced.
  • Engagement and reach of video posts.
  • Leads generated through video campaigns.
  • Cost per lead and conversion rate.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
