Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, Programmatic)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, media planning, and optimization techniques.
- 3-5 years experience in digital media buying, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proven track record of managing multi-platform paid media campaigns.
- Experience with analytical tools
- Experience working with creative teams for asset development optimized for media buys.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute digital media plans aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage end-to-end media buying across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Channels, etc.
- Optimize campaigns for KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align messaging and creatives with media placements.
- Stay updated on media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage media budgets with strict cost control to ensure maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with external media agencies (if applicable) to ensure effective campaign execution and reporting.
- Ensure accurate tracking and tagging for all campaigns through tools.
- Data analysis and performance reporting.
- Budget Management and cost control.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of consumer targeting and segmentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and broader digital marketing is a plus.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
