About the role

  • You will plan, buy/trade, launch, optimize, and report on paid media across all Digital Media platforms.
  • You’ll own channel strategy and daily execution, translate data into clear insights, and partner with sales and client teams to drive growth and efficiency.

What you will do

  • Plan and trade/buy and optimize programmatic campaigns in Google Ads, DV360 and/or The Trade Desk and any of our other licensed platforms.
  • Build and execute integrated media plans and forecasts across all Search and Social platforms like: Google Search, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Execute end-to-end campaign setup: Proposals, audiences, budgets, bids, creative trafficking, tracking, etc.
  • Optimize to KPI targets daily using bid strategies, audience refinement, creative testing, frequency and budget pacing.
  • Implement and validate pixels and conversions via GA4 and GTM; ensure accurate attribution and clean data.
  • Create clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
  • Coordinate with sales, client service, analytics, and creative to launch, troubleshoot, and scale campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with platform reps and relevant partners; stay current on feature updates and best practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities, test roadmaps, and incremental budgets, present recommendations with projected impact.

What we are looking for

  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and Programmatic display/video campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: GA4, GTM, ad servers, conversion tagging, and attribution fundamentals.
  • Analytical and proactive problem-solver who can translate goals into testable tactics and communicate trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into simple, actionable stories for clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, comfortable working independently toward clear goals.
  • Client facing/managing and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, creative, digital marketing, buyer, programmatic, communications, or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience related field.
  • Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and networking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Salary is depending on experience.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
