Job Description
• Develop visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers.
• Create and implement visual displays that showcase products in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Train and supervise staff in visual merchandising techniques and standards.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards, including cleanliness, organization and overall presentation.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continually improve visual merchandising strategies and displays.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional display and events.
• Ensure that all displays meet brand standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements
• Any Graduate, Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
• At least (3) years of experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry.
• Knowledge of retail sales and marketing principles.
• Proficient in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good software, communication and leadership skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
