Job Requirement
• Any graduated, having diploma or knowledge of supply chain is preferrable;
• Must be fluent in Chinese (at least HSK level 5); and English (pre-intermediate to intermediate level);
• Must be good at Microsoft Office and e-mail writing;
• Must have good communication skill, logical thinking skill and problem solving skill;
• Sincere, enthusiastic, well organize and high sense of responsibilities;

Job Description
• To handle incoming call and inquiry email, placing and processing customer orders;
• To do documents preparation or check the documents for Import/Export Custom Clearance;
• To arrange the Custom Clearance and trucking transportation with internal responsible department;
• To update customers with shipment status from time to time;
• To solve customer ‘s complaints and give best service to meet customer satisfaction;
• To do clerical work such as organizing files, data entry, taking record for operation summary;
• To build and maintain good relationship with customer s;
• Report to Department Manager daily, weekly and monthly;
• Annual bonus (based on performance)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Meal allowance + Transportation allowance will be provided
