- သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ယာဉ်မောင်း လိုင်စင်အနက်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရိုးသားကြိုးစားရမည်။
