Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in education sales, international school admissions, or high-end service, preferably with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Burmese.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and outgoing, with a professional demeanor.
Job Descriptions
- Actively convert prospective parents into enrolled students by managing inquiries, conducting consultations, and guiding them through the application process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs regarding enrollment numbers and revenue.
- Build strong rapport with prospective and existing parents, providing high-quality service and proactively addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate, timely records of all interactions in the school’s information system.
- Assist with school open days, marketing campaigns, and external recruitment events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and the academic team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
