Job Descriptions
- Give consultation services to the prospective students and parents
- Conduct presentations and information sessions at schools, educational fairs, and other events to promote the program.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents promptly and informally, providing detailed information about the program curriculum, admission requirements, transfer process, and US partner universities.
- Boost the marketing initiatives and the success of the recruitment efforts
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollment activities.
- Build relationships with prospective students.
- Collaborate with other teams (academic, program, and marketing teams) to coordinate actions.
- Follow up with prospective students to nurture their interest and encourage enrollment.
- Stay informed about trends in international education and the US higher education landscape.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Admissions
- Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Myanmar with a strong academic standing.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in student recruitment, admissions, marketing, or educational counseling, preferably within an international education context.
- Strong understanding and interest in the US higher education system and the process of transferring international credits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and Burmese is essential (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage one’s own emotions and to perceive and influence the feelings of others, particularly in interactions with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM : 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday , Sunday & Public Holiday
