Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering. Over 5 Years’ experience.
  • Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment, with a clear focus on design experience.
  • Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and ability to
  • undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of design software in relation to the MEP design including AutoCAD and Revit and MS office software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project & Access. Intermediate knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards including environmental building
    standards (LEED and similar).
  • Perform design, modeling and documentation of Electricial ELV systems.Working on RCP coordination.
  • Responsible for the design and configure of the ELV systems (Access Control System, CCTV design, PAPX,
  • Telecom, Card Access Control, Electronic Security and Fire Alarm systems design).
  • Working on oversea projects and local projects.
  • Able to use Lux calculation software.
  • Able to work in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
  • Fluency in English.

Job Description

  • Prepare concept, basic and detail design drawings in Auto CAD MEP or in Revit MEP, ensuring that the design are undertaken in accordance with local codes and international standards. appropriate equipment size.
  • Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked before submission to the Team Leader, and are also checked by the
  • Team Leader prior to external issue.
  • Assist the team leader in producing the design specifications, design reports and to finalize all design calculations as required.
  • Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractor/construction manager.
  • Perform the duties under the assigned task of Team Leader within the time frame.
  • Assist the team leader in preparing equipment & material quantity take-off and cost estimate from the design.
  • Prepare equipment & material technical schedules and submit to Team Leader for review and validation

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
