- Bachelor’s degree(Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5–10+ years in engineering/production management roles
- Experience in specific industries (food & beverage)
- Process Development & Lean Manufacturing
- Design and implement efficient processes.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Plan budgets, manage capital Projects, monitor KPIs, PAR & CAPEX, setup time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with QA, Production, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
- Equipment Oversight & Troubleshooting
- Lead preventive maintenance strategies and resolve breakdowns.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, set objectives, conduct reviews, and promote professional growth.
- Project & Change Management
- Lead technical projects—from ideation to implementation—on time and within budget.
- Communication Skills
- Articulate strategies, collaborate across departments, and engage with clients and senior leadership.
- Technical problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes
- Strong leadership, accountability, and teamwork
- Focus on quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
- Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of direct manufacturing engineering experience, lean and project management proficiency.
- Leadership experience in lean/cost-focused environments, technical troubleshooting skills, and certifications.
- Industry-specific knowledge, experience with advanced manufacturing systems, regulatory compliance awareness, and strong soft skills.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday and Public Holiday
