Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or a related field is preferable.
•A recognized English language teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is preferred.
•Must have strong knowledge of Cambridge English exam frameworks and assessment criteria.
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching English and exam preparation classes.
•Excellent command of spoken and written English.
•Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and ability to motivate students and create a supportive learning environment.
•Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional conduct at all times.
•Familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools is an advantage.
•A minimum one-year employment commitment to the school is required.
Job Descriptions
•Deliver structured and effective lessons for Cambridge English Examination levels (Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET, PET, etc.) which you are committed.
•Prepare students for mock examinations, diagnostic tests, and progress assessments.
•Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and exam-focused activities in accordance with Cambridge English Curriculum standards.
•Teach exam techniques for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
•Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide timely feedback to management.
•Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and class reports.
•Ensure a positive, disciplined, and professional classroom management.
•Participate in academic meetings, student affairs meetings and other institutional activities as required.
•Support the academic team in upholding curriculum standards and improving overall teaching quality.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:45PM
Holidays: One day per week and Public holidays
