Job Requirements
- A Diploma/Degree, preferably in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required
- Minimum working experience of 3/5 years in event planning/entertainment industries, with at least 2 years in a managerial role is required
- Competencies
- Good eam leader with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and ability to conceptualize unique event themes
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Good Skills in MS Office Suite
- Able to undertake occasional trave
- May include flexible hours, evenings, and weekends depending on event demands
Job Desriptions
- Consultation with clients to understand event goals and to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Budge management: approve and track expenses
- Venuesourcing and negotiation
- Vendor selection and contract management
- Detailed event planning and timeline creation
- On-site event coordination and supervision with team members and vendors
- Addressing any challenges that arise during events to ensure a smooth experience
- Post-event reporting and client follow-up
- Planning and developing marketing activities to promote LTR
- Updating and maintaining the company’s social media platforms
- Undertaking any other related duties as assignedEnsuring the marketing team members are maintaining their maximum work performance capacity.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
