Job Descriptions
- Provide daily administrative support to the Holdings Chairman.
- Manage and maintain the Holdings Chairman’s calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
- Prioritize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events to ensure the Chairman’s time is optimized.
- Remind the upcoming meetings, deadlines, and priorities accordingly.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Serve as the liaison between the Holdings Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and effective communication flow.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including arranging venues, catering, and required technology arrangements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Holdings Chairman, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Organize the events, including board meetings, conferences, and corporate functions, ensuring all details are handled smoothly.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role in multinational companies
- Excellent Communication in both written and verbal (English, Myanmar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities
- A positive, professional attitude with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to do business travel as required
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays.
