Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven 2 years experience as a CEO‘s Secretary, executive secretary or executive assistant.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good in English.
- Able to take care of Hygiene /Smart Look candidates, preferred.
- Fluent in English-Report to BOD & Chairman.
Working Hours: 9:00 Am -5:00 Pm
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
