Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years’ experience in related field.
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • Proven Working experiences as Personal Assistant or Secretary
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for Executive Directors and Expatriate for required arrangement
  • Accept Household supply, office supply or Stationery request from Expatriate and arrange procurement.
  • Booking and arranging of travel such as Visa, Air ticket, transport and its expense.
  • Book Hotels and arrange pre-check in before arrival of Executive Director
  • Arrange accommodation and prepare necessary materials for accommodation
  • Dealing with landlord, Handle Rental agreements and its payment including Stamp Duty if any
  • Manage Repair and Maintenance of Rented Rooms
  • Apply required government related matters such as Visa or Form C, FRC and Labor Cards
  • Control and Manage Housemaid team such as arrange duty roaster, Surprise check of their performance, OT etc.
  • Prepare Payment requisition, Advance, Reimbursement of Expenses which related by Expatriate.
  • Arrange and file Corporate Agreements with hotels and Travel Agencies.
  • Maintain Travel Plan
  • Expatriate Affairs collating and filing expense
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties which assign by HOD and Expatriate and Executive Directors

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holiday
