Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven (5)years experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Flexibility to manage both personal and professional tasks effectively.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
