Job Requirements

 

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export/import operations or logistics
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and customs clearance processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Descriptions

 

 

  • Prepare, review, and process all export/import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, permits, etc.).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure on-time departure and arrival, and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
    Maintain accurate records of all export/import transactions and filing of shipping documents.
  • Report regularly on shipment status, trade compliance issues, and logistics costs.
  • Support internal teams (procurement, production) in export/import-related matters.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
