- Supervising cleaning, security, and maintenance staff.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinating repairs and renovations as needed.
- Monitoring utility usage and implementing efficiency measures.
- Maintaining facility records and preparing reports.
- Proven experience in facility management
- Must be able to speak English or Chinese fluently.
Working Hours: 7:30AM to 4:30 PM
Holiday: Sunday
