Job Descriptions
- Factory Manager သည် Factory Operations အားလုံးကိုစီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး production target များကို quality standard မလျော့ဘဲ အချိန်မှီ ပြီးစီးအောင်တာဝန်ယူရမည်။
- Factory production operations အားလုံးကိုစီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
- Production planning နှင့် daily production target များသတ်မှတ်ခြင်း။
- Production efficiency နှင့် productivity တိုးတက်စေရန်စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Quality control process များကိုစောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး product quality ကိုထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Factory staff များကို supervise လုပ်ပြီး team management ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Production report များကို management သို့တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Safety rules နှင့် factory regulations များလိုက်နာမှုကိုစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- Raw materials အသုံးပြုမှုနှင့် stock control ကိုစောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
- Machinery maintenance နှင့် factory equipment များကိုစောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Production process များကိုတိုးတက်စေရန် improvement plan များဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related
Field. - Factory / Manufacturing field တွင်အနည်းဆုံး 5 years’ experience.
- Managerial position တွင် 2–3 years’ experience ရှိသူဉီးစားပေးမည်။
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Production planning and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management ability.
- Quality control knowledge.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
- English communication basic level or above.
- Chinese language skill ရှိပါကပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
