Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics,
or related field. - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
- Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Developing and implementing production plans,
schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and production targets. - Cost Management: Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving
measures to optimize production efficiency. - Staff Management: Hiring training, and supervising factory staff to ensure a
competent and motivated workforce, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and
conducting performance evaluations. - Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that the factory operates in compliance with
all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. This includes
implementing safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and
addressing any safety concerns. - Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement
and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency: analyzing
production data, implementing new technologies, and streamlining workflows. - Supply Chain Management: Coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to
ensure a smooth flow of raw materials and finished products. - Budgeting and Reporting: Developing and managing the factory budget,
including forecasting production costs, labour expenses, and capital investments. - This involves preparing regular production reports, analyzing key performance
indicators, and presenting finding to senior management. - ISO System: Involve and establish of the FSSC 22000 and Company’s all
systems process implementation.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
