Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in Rice Mill field as Operation Manager.
- Experience in management, operations, leading large and diverse teams.
- Strong people management skills.
- Must have experience in Rice Mill field.
- Can communicate with English Language.
- Can use Computer (Word/Excel/Power point).
- Likes training people.
- Ability to manage details and establish root cause.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: One Day Per Weeks
