Job Requirements
- Must have Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Restaurant, Hotel industry, with an emphasis on f&b.
- Ability to adhere to budget and meet financial targets.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Job Description
- Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish target, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products.
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
- Process customer complaints patiently.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Holiday: A day per week
