Job Descriptions
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring high levels of service and guest satisfaction in both the restaurant and KTV.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, ensuring they uphold the highest service standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, optimize operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest receives personalized, exceptional service, from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to curate a menu that reflects our luxury brand and meets guest expectations.
- Budget Management: Monitor F&B budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Working Hours: 10 Hours per day
Holidays: 4 day per month
