Job Requirements:
- Any Graduate, must have Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Restaurant, Hotel industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good Interpersonal skill.
- Well organized and able to manager work systematically.
- Good commend of both written and spoken skill.
- Able to work in shift rotate.
Job Descriptions:
- Process customer complaints patiently.
- Plan, supervisor and control various operations, working closely and supporting F&B Manager.
- Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests and resolve complains, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: One day per week
