Job Descriptions
- Check daily cash transactions and verify payment vouchers.
- Prepare and submit daily cash reports.
- Monitor and verify the cash flow schedule.
- Compile and present weekly financial summaries.
- Review account balances, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepaid Expenses
- Advances
- Perform monthly closing procedures and prepare key financial reports:
- Statement of Profit or Loss (SOPL)
- Statement of Financial Position (SOFP)
- Fixed Asset reconciliation
- Exchange gain/loss calculation
- Report monthly financial statements directly to the Managing Director (MD).
- Coordinate and prepare for the annual external audit.
- Manage tax compliance and e-filing:
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly tax submissions
- Ensure adherence to Myanmar tax regulations and requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in a similar finance or accounting management role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or a degree in Accountancy.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA Part II or DIFR are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar taxation laws and e-filing systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
