Job Descriptions
- Check Daily Mops Price, follow up of Inventory Check with Inventory accounts and Ship report and Inventory report.
- Daily check petroleum at other district area through viber information and follow up of differences.
- To check the oil according to the tank; to check the balance of oil in and out of the tank. To check output of oil from district and inform to HOD (Department Head) how can solve the shortage or surplus of oil.
- To check output oil flow and inlet oil flow in time to time needed. Sometime need to explain the costing calculation to the customers.
- To check daily cash flow and cash balance.
- Discuss and cooperate with tax compliance which is related with company in personal.
- To manage of daily vouchers with seal and signed as well as supervising of staff in team requirement in time to time needed.
- Manage to report at viber group (Stations) for costing and update MOP pricing on every Saturday.
- Check the customer pricing according to the PO and through PTSC weekly quantity with sales department’ pricing.
- To check petrol usages accordance with advance and sales report, then inform to HR for oil shortage and surplus from customers if it’s required to do HR function in monthly.
- To follow up pending invoice/advance vouchers and claims on every 25th of the month at HOD group and remind them to clear, otherwise to hold the salary.
- To do management report from Internal Audit and have meeting with head of the Audit in monthly and keep filing record.
- To do Commercial Tax E-filing for company taxation in quarterly report and reporting of tax compliance for debit vouchers after checking.
- To do tax report of Commercial Tax & Internal Tax Report of the company in Year end of June and deal with management for Profit & Loss.
- Monthly Sales for PTSC with Weekly Sales price & quantity – (OSPO), To check with PTSC report (Thuzar) and LTO Report monthly sales, retail sales and whole sales send before (10) of the month.
- CT calculation based on PTSC sales report. Calculate with advance CT to pay some CT. To put in yearly report CB & Journal after management audited. RV is related sales & journal will be removed for personal usages. Import cost is based on. Need to adjust in import value.
- To check E filing in online. Company Export sales income 2% advance income tax pay to GRC for COGS cost.
- To Prepare the Audit Report and Combine with company for the report of Central Bank.
- To follow up and prepared management, Logistic, Personal and associate company’s report and follow up of no business account in order to close.
- Check all files at financial reports as well as follow after sales with the accordance with the PO and others usages in advance.
- To follow up of the staff achievement and requirement and discuss with Management for department growth as well as individual level.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in a similar finance or accounting management role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or a degree in Accountancy.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA Part II or DIFR are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar taxation laws and e-filing systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
