Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) Prefer or any graduated person
- ACCA Part (II) (or) Diploma in IFRS or Diploma, related with Financial Management
- Must have knowledge the local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
- Must have at least “5” Years experiences.
- Can understand the business model, detect and prepare to relevant risk or potential conflicts.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Job Descriptions
- To manage and oversee all financial activities of the organization, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting in alignment with company goals. The Finance Manager will play a key role in strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operations.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Review and approve product costing and quotations in collaboration with sales and production teams.
- Monitor production costs, identify variances, and recommend cost-control measures.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Safeguard company assets through proper documentation and audit trails.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare and file monthly/annual tax returns and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
- Work closely with the Managing Director, department heads, and other teams to provide financial guidance.
- Support management with financial analysis for business expansion, project feasibility, and investments.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
